We are linked to several databases such as the ones used by law
enforcement. Perfect for locating hard to find debtors who
frequently hide and move to avoid paying their debt.
Asset Location
Locating debtors assets such as bank accounts, automobiles, wages or property
are essential to the collection of debt.
Credit Bureau Reporting
We will report your customers delinquent accounts to the major credit
bureaus. This is sometimes a valuable tool in motivating a debtor
to pay his/her debt.
Attorney Forwarding
In the event that all collection efforts are exhausted we’ll
complete a cost analysis and asset verification. If prudent (and
with your permission) we will forward your account(s) to one of
our associate law firms who specialize in suing delinquent debtors.
Process Service
We will serve process for clients in the in the tri-state area.
