Our approach is simple…Be diligent and persistent in the recovery of our clients receivables and to remain compliant with the laws that govern our industry; the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act, (HIPAA) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. ERS also adheres to the Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility outlined by the ACA International.

Our philosophy is that hard work and persistence are integral to success. Our success is only realized when our philosophy produces our intended result; the recovery of your money. We find that being firm and professional with a bit of understanding is the most effective way to motivate debtors to make good on their agreements.

Our collection strategies and techniques have been successfully employed across a diverse range of industries including medical, real estate lease/rentals, and financial. 

Our standard rate of *25% is contingent upon recovery. If we don’t collect, you don’t pay! No account is too large or small. We incur all expenses associated with the collection of your accounts such as skip-tracing, asset locating and credit bureau reporting.
